1. Payment Procedure:
To confirm your participation, kindly complete the payment process. Payment must be made exclusively via bank transfer by 20 November 2025.

Important Note: Participants with two presentations must pay the registration fee for each presentation separately.
2. Confirmation of Payment:
After completing the payment, please email us the following documents:
- A scanned copy of receipt of the bank transfer as proof of payment.
- For students: A scanned copy of your student card to benefit the fee reduction.
- The ID of your abstract(s) clearly mentioned in the email.
(*) Students should justify their status as full time students
